Welcome to Midnight Maniac Meatless Mondays {MMMM}!
I’ve updated the format of these posts to make them a little more user friendly going forward. Notice the handy tabs? They will help you quickly locate the section you’re looking for.
If you’re new here, Welcome! I suggest reading the rules before linking up.
All available buttons {Now in gif format to blend seamlessly into your blogs!} are displayed under the “Grab a Button” tab. Both buttons come in four sizes. If you would like a different size, just shoot me an email. I can whip up a custom size in a jiffy.
Are you a MMMM veteran? You can skip right to the links and add yours under the “Links” tab.
I’ve also added a new section: MMMM Participants. This is a showcase of those who Go Meatless at least one day a week and are regular participants of MMMM.
Check out these awesome submissions from last week!
Of course, I encourage you to check out all the links and be kind by leaving a comment. Now add yours!
Here’s how it works.
MMMM is a weekly carnival dedicated to those interested in improving their personal health and the health of the planet by reducing meat consumption one day a week. Every Monday you have a chance to feature a link to something meatless. It doesn’t have to be a recipe {although that would be nice}, it can be a picture of a meatless meal you ate that week, an interesting article you read about meat consumption, a post on your blog about going meatless, perhaps a post on someone else’s blog you found helpful, anything Meatless Monday appropriate. Here’s how you can be a part of it.
- Link up your Meatless Monday posts here every Monday.
- Add a button to your sidebar and in posts that you do link up.
- Join the Meatless Monday Flickr group and share your photos.
- Follow @GoMeatless on Twitter
- Like Go Meatless on Facebook
- Suggest all of the above to friends/family/followers!

Thank you for hosting linky again and I am so excited to see that you featured my Stuffed Eggplant from Daily Organized Chaos (I know it’s confusing having 2 blogs). I linked up Asparagus Risotto this week from my Frugal Wannabe Cooks blog.

I don’t care where the links come from Bibi, as long as they come. Feel free to link meatless posts from both of your blogs. Even on the same week! Your Asparagus Risotto looks great. I added Frugal Wannabe Cooks to the MMMM Participants list and the GoMeatless Facebook page.
Thanks for linking up!

Now you’ve done it! Need to make the quinoa tabbouleh as well as the tortillas you’ve highlighted… As in *right now*! Just need to think of how to substitute the cheese in the recipes…

Vegan cheese? I’ve only had it on pizza in a restaurant. Never actually tried cooking with it at home. I’ve never tried making my own mayonnaise either. Now I have to add that and your veganaise to my MYO list.
Thanks for linking! I added Graasland to the MMMM Participants list. Let me know if you’re on Facebook and twitter, I’ll add you there as well.

the stuffed eggplant looks really good. Eggplant is such a great ingredient. Meatless mondays is great, we have fancy food fridays and in the past microwave sundays…

I didn’t cook this weekend, I was visiting my sister, and we made it a point to eat meatless at most of the restaurants we went to! I have no photos, but described them all on my blog!

Hi Rebecca Jean! What a lovely new layout! You have to let me know how you did that! I really like it and I would love to do it for the hearth and soul hop! VERY cool! I am linking up my first attempt at home made paneer cheese that was very good. All the best! Alex

I would love to add your button to my linky party list – can you tell me where the BUTTON code is? Sorry, not sure how to add it without that! Thanks! (tinahudgens@aol.com)

Tina you have a great list of blog parties. I would love to be included. People have had trouble using the button code so I have removed it and opted for .gifs instead.
Choose the image and size you want under the “Grab a Button” tab above. Save the image and upload linking to http://www.midnightmaniac.com/tag/midnight-maniac-meatless-mondays/
That’s all there is to it!
